Welcome

Welcome to The Metro Calvinist!

From my wikipedia biography:

James is a cybernetic organism, a synthesis of organic and mechanical components.  His initial programming was carried out by the Eglinton family in the Highlands of Scotland.  After finishing school, James was offered a scholarship at the Royal College of Dance.  However, this offer was revoked after it was discovered that James is only good at robot dancing as he is a cyborg.

Instead, he moved to Aberdeen and studied law.  After this, he spent three years in Edinburgh at the Free Church College.  Here, he learned to exegete the words ’sumptuous repast’ and how to write his name in Greek.  At some point during these crazy College days, he met and married Eilidh.  The now Mrs Eglinton’s initial interest in James was purely scientific.  “I’d never met a real cyborg before,” she says.  However, their relationship developed and soon James had assimilated her.  “Her resistance was futile,” he adds.

When not spending time robotically moving around his flat, working on his PhD or preaching sermons, James forms one half of a Milli Vanilli tribute band called Villi Manilli.

Hello,

Crossmap.com, the world’s largest Christian portal site, recently launched a site called DeepWater - a social bookmarking site for theology:
http://deepwater.crossmap.com

We are trying to build a community to make theology accessable to many people so that they can understand the Word of God more deeply and apply in the world.

Could you please look around and consider placing a link on your website? That would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You’ve done the theological worldview quiz on my blog, haven’t you? Go on! Admit it! I want to see your result on that one!
